Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use soulwavee.com or buy from SoulWavee, a brand of Static Soul Shop (proprietor Harsh Jain, GSTIN 09ARHPJ6111F1Z0), IA-002, KDP Grand Savanna, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201017. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message or email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, a price was listed by mistake, or we can't deliver to your PIN code.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST and all other applicable taxes, and we issue a GST invoice for every order. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Retail orders of ₹1,000 and above ship free; wholesale, wedding stationery and custom printing orders are always charged shipping, as stated in your quotation. Custom and corporate orders need an advance to start production, with the balance due before dispatch; your quotation states the amounts.

3. Product photos and contents

Photos are for reference, and colours may look slightly different on your screen. If an item in a hamper is out of stock, we replace it with one of equal or higher value.

4. Custom and personalised orders

We share a design, mock-up or sample for your approval. You're responsible for checking names, spellings, dates and logos before you approve, and we print what you approve.

5. Your artwork

When you send us logos, images or text, you confirm that you have the right to use them, and you allow us to use them only to make your order. We won't use your logo or photos in our marketing without your written permission.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control, though we'll help you sort them out.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction.
