What does SoulWavee sell?
SoulWavee is a stationery, custom hamper and custom printing brand from Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad. We sell Kanjak and festive hampers, return gifts, stationery and hair accessories online, and make custom hampers, corporate gifts and wedding stationery to order. We ship across India.
Is SoulWavee the same as Static Soul?
Yes. Static Soul was our shop's old name, and our registered business is Static Soul Shop (GSTIN 09ARHPJ6111F1Z0). Same people and same address in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, now called SoulWavee.
Where is the SoulWavee shop?
IA-002, KDP Grand Savanna, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201017. Walk in for stationery, printouts, visiting cards, flex printing, courier booking and hamper pickup.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We ship to most PIN codes in India. Delhi NCR orders usually arrive 1–3 working days after dispatch and other cities in 3–7 working days. Retail orders of ₹1,000 and above ship free. Wholesale, wedding and custom printing orders are always charged shipping, which we include in your quote.
How soon do you dispatch?
Ready-made products are dispatched in 1–2 working days. Custom and printed orders are dispatched 3–5 working days after you approve the design.
When is Kanjak in 2026, and when should I order?
Durga Ashtami and Maha Navami both fall on Monday, 19 October 2026. Order Kanjak hampers by 12 October for delivery across India, or by 15 October within Delhi NCR. You can also collect from our shop until 18 October.
Can I order Kanjak hampers in bulk?
Yes. Families usually order 9 or 11 matching hampers, and societies, schools and temples order 50 or more. WhatsApp +91 97113 57600 for bulk prices and name tags.
Can you print names or a company logo?
Yes. We print names, logos and messages on boxes, tags, stickers, cards and stationery in our own print setup. You approve a mock-up before we print.
Is there a minimum order for custom and corporate orders?
Ready-made hampers start from one piece. For printed custom hampers and logo-printed corporate gifts, the minimum depends on the item. WhatsApp us your quantity and we will tell you what is possible.
Do you work with wedding planners?
Yes. We make welcome kits, room hampers, itinerary cards, tags, stickers and signage for weddings, including destination weddings. We match the planner's theme and timeline and ship directly to the venue.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Shops, resellers, schools and offices get trade prices on stationery, hair accessories and ready hampers. WhatsApp +91 97113 57600 with your shop name and city for the price list.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online at checkout, where the payment options for your order are shown. Custom and corporate orders need an advance to start production.
Can I return or cancel an order?
Ready-made items can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, wrong or incomplete; please record an unboxing video. Personalised and printed items can't be returned unless we made a mistake. You can cancel a ready-made order before dispatch, or a custom order before you approve its design, for a full refund.
How do I track my order?
Open Track Order on soulwavee.com and enter the phone number you ordered with. We also send updates on WhatsApp.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. We are GST-registered as Static Soul Shop (GSTIN 09ARHPJ6111F1Z0), and every order comes with a GST invoice. Business customers can share their GSTIN on WhatsApp for a B2B invoice.
