SoulWavee ("we") is a brand of Static Soul Shop, a proprietorship of Harsh Jain (GSTIN 09ARHPJ6111F1Z0). We run soulwavee.com and our store in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.

  • Order details: what you buy, payment status, delivery information and your GSTIN if you want a business invoice.

  • Custom-order material: names to print, logos, invitation designs and other files you send us.

  • Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, by email or through our forms.

  • Basic website data: pages visited and device type, collected through cookies and analytics.

We never see or store your full card or UPI details; our payment partners handle payments.

Why we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your orders.

  • To prepare quotes, designs and invoices.

  • To send order updates, and offers only if you've agreed to receive them.

  • To keep our website secure and improve it.

  • To meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only those who help us serve you: our website platform (LentloSites), payment gateways, courier partners, and our accountant or government authorities where the law requires. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires, and other data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. We delete files from custom orders within 6 months of delivery unless you ask us to keep them for repeat orders.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time. Write to our grievance officer below and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Many of our products are gifts for children, but orders must be placed by adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.
